We offer a limited 90-day money back guarantee
on all the products we offer. If your
product has manufacturing defects or is damaged when you receive it, you may
return your puchase to us for a refund as long as the return shipping date is
within 90 days of the date of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice
with the returned product so that we have a way of connecting the return with
your original order. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Shipping and Returns:

delivers to any valid address in the US or Canada. Domestic orders may be
shipped via UPS Ground (average 5 business days) or 2nd day air. We use the
UPS rate system for UPS freight charges which are calculated from zip code to
zip code and by weight. We have added an additional handling fee to cover
packaging materials and shipping labor. Canadian shipments will be sent via US
Priority Mail due to the high cost of international UPS delivery. These
shipments can take from 5 days to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on customs
delays and Canada Post delays.
We
ship in-stock items on the business day following your order, and if possible,
we will ship the same day. If we have a question with your order, we will hold
shipment until you can be contacted. If any items you order are currently out
of stock you will be notified with the expected shipping day of the
out-of-stock item(s). Shipping charges for merchandise which is shipped back
to us, due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer), will still be
billed to your credit card.
If
you cancel your order after Enricoproducts.com has shipped it, you are still
responsible for the costs associated with shipping it (this includes our
shipping costs associated with FREE shipping offers). Refusing to accept the
delivery of your Enricoproducts.com order does not constitute a cancellation
of that order. You are still responsible for all costs associated with
shipping the order to you. The refund that you will receive is only for the
merchandise returned to us.
